Tiffani DiPrizito is an Associate at the firm. Ms. DiPrizito has practiced exclusively in matrimonial and family law since her admission to the Bar. Ms. DiPrizito has engaged in extensive litigation in all aspects of matrimonial and family law, including issues related to divorce, custody, parental access, support, equitable distribution, business valuations, modifications and enforcement issues.
She has dedicated her professional career to zealously advocating for her clients and navigating them through a tumultuous time in their lives inside and outside the courtroom. Ms. DiPrizito has skillfully negotiated and prepared countless comprehensive settlement agreements as well as prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
Ms. DiPrizito received her J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. During law school, Ms. DiPrizito interned at a matrimonial law firm and completed a judicial internship for the then-supervising Justice of the Nassau County Supreme Court Matrimonial Center. She competed interscholastically for the Hofstra Law Mock Trial team and published a Note in the Family Court Review. She was the Managing Editor of Articles for the Family Court Review and was the Founding Treasurer of the Family Law Society. Ms. DiPrizito is an active member of the Nassau County Bar Association, its Matrimonial Committee and Rising Stars sub-committee, Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.
